We are seeking a strategic Human Resources Business Partner to support business leaders and managers with HR-related matters.
About the Role:
* Act as a trusted advisor on HR initiatives for a dedicated population, providing expert guidance and counsel.
* Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, integration follow-up, performance management, career development, and offboarding processes.
* Coordinate and facilitate performance reviews, ensuring consistent application of appraisal criteria.
* Provide coaching to managers and employees to enhance their skills and abilities.
* Be a key point of contact for employees, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster retention and a positive workplace culture.
* Advise on HR policies, employment law, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 2-4 years of experience in HRBP or generalist HR role, preferably in professional services, finance, or consulting.
* Strong understanding of Luxembourg labour laws and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
* Fluency in French and English; German is a plus.
