YOUR PROFILE
Education
* Background in quality, manufacturing, mechanical engineering or similar
* Experience in inspection / testing / quality, production environments
* Initial leadership experience (hands-on)
Skillset
* Strong understanding of inspection processes
* Experience with measurement tools
* Structured and practical mindset
* Ability to lead in an operational environment
