Your Role
As an Sales Account Manager within the Sales EMEA Department, you will be part of the Central Europe Sales team and report directly to the Head of Central Europe Sales.
In this role, you will support the execution of sales activities and manage day‑to‑day client relationships across the Central Europe region. You will gain exposure to a wide range of commercial, advisory, and business‑development tasks. From your first day, you will be integrated into the Sales and Account Management team and collaborate closely with colleagues across different departments and markets.
You will interact directly with clients, assist in identifying new business opportunities, and help manage various stages of the commercial lifecycle. Your contribution will support revenue growth, strengthen client partnerships, and ensure smooth delivery of our services. With your proactive and solution‑oriented approach, you will play an important role in driving regional sales efforts and supporting effective execution in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment.
Your Responsibilities
Budget
1. Reach budget figures for the covered regions
Sales
2. Identification of business opportunities from new and existing clients
3. Generate new leads and expand footprint
4. Arranging meetings, presentations and follow-ups
5. Initiating of contracts, bringing clients live
6. Full responsibility for revenue generation and profitability in dedicated sales area
7. Support the growth of Institutional Sales Strategy, which includes Gathering marketing intelligence / prospect profiling supporting the growth of our business regionallyPreparation and participation in client presentations
Account Management
8. Keeping contact to active clients on a regular basis in dedicated sales areas
9. Manage clients in the dedicated sales area; retain and increase existing business
10. Initial trouble shooting of non-technical problems
11. Fetching client feedback to report to development
12. User training (if required locally)
Your Profile
13. Skilled Account Manager person with solid contact portfolio
14. Reliable and capable of consolidating customer loyalty and performance through constant advisory and identification of requirement
15. Proven track record in selling treasury and/or trading solutions to the financial community
16. Practical experience in Global Markets sales & trading or other treasury environment or financial service industry
17. Higher education in banking, business administration, computer science or equivalent
18. Credible, persuasive, well-presented with excellent communication, presentation and execution skills
19. Service and detail-oriented
20. Highly motivated, entrepreneurial spirit, team player
21. Highly proficient in clear communication in German, both verbally and in writing
