<p>We are an internationally operating company in the larger area of Hamm and looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support and drive impactful HR initiatives at site level.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Full ownership of the employee lifecycle for a defined employee group (recruitment, onboarding, contract management, performance reviews, administration, and offboarding)</li><li>Preparation and analysis of HR reports and KPIs</li><li>Responsibility for early career talent and internal talent development initiatives</li><li>Preparation and active participation in internal and external audits; continuous improvement of HR processes</li><li>Close collaboration with Group HR, Talent Development, and other HR functions</li><li>Trusted partner to management and employees; cooperation and negotiation with the works council</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Degree (Diploma/Master) in Business Administration with a focus on HR or a comparable qualification</li><li>At least 5 years of professional experience in an operational HR Business Partner or HR Genralist role</li><li>Solid knowledge of collective agreements, labor law, works constitution law, and social security regulations</li><li>Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken</li><li>Strong MS Office and SAP skills</li><li>Hands-on mentality with a high level of ownership and accountability</li><li>Independent and structured working style combined with strong teamwork mindset</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li></ul><p></p>
