We are looking for a Product Manager (f/m/d).
Responsibilities:
As a Product Manager (f/m/d) at eleQtron, you will define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our trapped-ion quantum computing systems. You will bridge deep technical expertise and market insight to shape how eleQtron’s full-stack quantum computers evolve from research prototypes toward commercially relevant offerings. You will work closely with engineering, R&D, operations, and commercial teams to translate technical capabilities into product outcomes.
* Own the definition and evolution of product scope, roadmap, and priorities for eleQtron’s full-stack quantum computing systems
* Translate inputs from multiple technical and non-technical teams into coherent product requirements and decision frameworks
* Balance technical feasibility, system performance, and long-term scalability when driving product decisions
* Build a structured understanding of customer needs, application drivers, and ecosystem expectations in the quantum space
* Coordinate across R&D, engineering, operations, and commercial teams to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and trade-offs
* Support external communication by enabling clear technical narratives, documentation, and product positioning
* Track system maturity and readiness, feeding insights back into development and planning cycles
Required skills:
* Degree in physics, engineering, computer science, or a related technical field
* 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in hardware-centric or deep-tech environments
* Experience working closely with R&D and engineering teams on complex technical products
* Proven ability to define product requirements, roadmaps, and prioritization frameworks
* Strong system-level thinking, with the ability to evaluate trade-offs across hardware, control systems, and firmware
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Experience interacting with customers, partners, or early adopters in emerging technology markets
* Structured, analytical working style with strong ownership and execution focus
Nice-to-have:
* Background in quantum computing or related quantum technologies
* Experience in hardware productization, scaling, or transition from R&D to production Exposure to ecosystem development, partnerships, or market-building in emerging technology domains
