Join our team at our Idstein headquarters as an HR Business Partner (m/f/d) for the Finance department as soon as possible.
Your role in the Wolfpack:
* Advising and supporting managers and employees on all HR-related matters
* Supporting personnel development, talent promotion, succession planning, and career development
* Contributing to organizational and change processes, including communication and process optimization
* Preparing and implementing individual employment measures in compliance with labor law requirements
* Collaborating with employee representatives and contributing to works agreements
* Preparing and executing the annual salary review as well as contributing to compensation management
* Assisting in personnel and budget planning in close coordination with HR/Finance/Controlling
* Analyzing and reporting key HR metrics, including deriving recommendations for action
* Supporting forecasts, monthly and annual financial statements in HR-related areas
* Participating in projects and further developing relevant processes
What you bring:
* Completed degree with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
* Several years of professional experience in HR, with interfaces to Finance/Controlling
* Solid knowledge of labor law, works constitution law, and social security law
* Experience in budget planning, HR metrics analysis, and involvement in financial processes
* Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
* Strong analytical and process-oriented thinking with high numerical affinity
* Excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and sense of responsibility
* Structured, solution-oriented way of working with strong social competence
