Your Responsibilities
1. Ensure an effective organizational structure and lead, motivate, and develop both direct and indirect reports.
2. Build a sustainable organization through talent identification, coaching, succession planning, and targeted personnel development.
3. Develop and implement the strategy and vision for Industrial Europe, including internal, cross-functional, and external communication.
4. Contribute to the definition of the global strategy for the Industrial Business.
5. Ensure consistent alignment and execution throughout the entire process – from quotation to customer delivery – involving all relevant interfaces.
6. Prepare and implement an annual business plan and budget in line with regional goals and strategic directives.
7. Take responsibility for short- and mid-term sales planning and achievement of financial, commercial, and profitability-related KPIs.
8. Lead regional teams in Sales and Application Development with disciplinary responsibility and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders.
9. Establish and maintain customer relationships at both strategic and operational levels.
10. Lead negotiations with key customers and stakeholders to secure long-term partnerships.
11. Represent the company to customers and market participants at a high professional level.
12. Promote corporate values and leadership principles within the region and coordinate global functions, particularly in Business Development Management.
Your Profile
13. Education: Successfully completed degree in Engineering, Business Administration, MBA, or a related field.
14. Professional Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in an industrial business with proven leadership responsibility.
15. Expertise:Strategy development & execution, commercial experience,Ability to achieve sales targets through solid knowledge in business management, customer management, relationship building, negotiation, sales planning, and problem-solving.
16. Languages: Business fluent in German and English.
17. Personality:Strong results orientation, agility, and execution capability.Entrepreneurial mindset with a structured and independent working style.Outstanding communication and networking skills across functions and cultures.Willingness to travel as required by business needs.
