To support our development, we are currently looking for a Sales Manager in the South-West Germany region, on a permanent contract.
Your responsabilities:
* Represent Rovensa Next in your region (e.g., trade fair appearances, events in the field).
* Active sales management of your region. You will be responsible for the maximization of the revenue and margin in your perimeter.
* Develop the parternships with existing distribution network and new customers: Identifying opportunities in the market to extend the customer base.
* Contribute to the promotion, the expansion, and the optimization of the positioning of our product portfolio in your region.
* Be part of the definition of sales forecasts
* Customer support and cooperation with trade and multipliers (presentations, product training, demo trials, field days).
The Talent we are looking for:
* Agricultural engineer with relevant experience in the agricultural sector – ideally in the field of fertilizers, foliar fertilizers, and biostimulants.
* At least 5 years of professional experience
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Demonstrated exoperience in sales and business development
* Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
* Team spirit and initiative.
* Custiomers and results oriented
* Good proficiency in English.
