Planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning projects (digital, classroom, blended or on-the-job)
Managing learning projects within scope, time, budget and in alignment with business priorities
Developing and maintaining our Learning Management System (LMS)
University degree in Human Resources, Education, Business or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
~3-5 years of experience in project management, ideally in Learning & Development
~ Excellent project management skills
~ Fluent in English (minimum C1 level) and native-level German
~ Enjoys to work in international teams
