About the Role: We are looking to recruit a sales professional who will help expand the API and intermediate sales share in the European market. The ideal candidate will leverage their sales skills and industry network to identify the right channels and methods to drive growth.
About the Location: This is a remote position, with business travel required within Europe. Occasionally, the candidate will need to travel to the headquarters in China for reporting. The candidate can be based in any city in Germany.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop marketing strategies to build and secure positive brand awareness within the European Pharmaceutical Market.
* Manage the development and sales of API and intermediates.
* Utilize various online sales platforms and on-site visits to establish long-term relationships with pharmaceutical customers across Europe.
* Organize and participate in relevant exhibitions in the responsible region.
* Work to increase trade share with existing customers.
* Collect, organize, and report on market pricing and information regarding local policy changes in the industry.
* Maintain confidentiality and protect the company’s business interests.
* Assist in global procurement and sales tasks across the entire industry chain.
Must-have Skills:
* Solid experience in sales within the API and intermediates sector.
* Familiarity with the European pharmaceutical market.
* Strong communication skills, with a diplomatic and culturally sensitive approach.
* Good English proficiency, both written and spoken.
* A keen learner, investigative mindset, and meticulous attention to detail.
Additional Qualifications (a plus):
* Previous cooperation experience with Chinese companies is a plus.
