Your prospective job:
For our client Airbus Operations you are acting as a Supply Chain & Quality Manager Aerostructure in Customer Services (m/w/d) at the location Hamburg.
Your responsibilities:
- Evaluate suppliers in the tender phase and contribute to the selection decision when introducing new products
- Manage the supply chain including review of quality aspects
- Responsible for on-time and quality (and cost, if applicable) delivery
- Identify supplier industrial risks and take short-term action to improve performance
- Verify supplier certifications in coordination with relevant stakeholders
- Evaluate supplier capacities, capabilities and performance and contribute to the development
- Support annual vendor evaluation and present operational performance during meetings
Your profile:
- Completed studies in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain/ Logistics, Supply Chain Quality or comparable
- Several years of work experience in Supplier Management, Quality Management and Supply Chain
- Good knowledge in SAP/R3
- Knowledge in Google Suite
- Knowledge in Lean Management and Project Management
- Willingness for occasional business trips
