ATN is partnered with a Globally Recognised Tier 1 Automotive Supplier in its search for an experienced Senior Product Manager - Infotainment. This is a hybrid working role to be based in Northern Munich. Responsibilities Lead the product strategy and roadmap for in-vehicle infotainment (IVI) systems, ensuring alignment with business and customer objectives. Drive software delivery and structured project management using PDP / CLEAN processes. Ensure robust design and standardisation across IVI platforms while meeting economic and technical targets. Coordinate and conduct design reviews across cross-functional networks, including hardware, software, and external partners. Translate customer requirements into actionable technical solutions and represent R&D to internal and external stakeholders. Plan detailed schedules, milestones, and resource allocation, monitoring budgets and project performance. Assign work packages and oversee daily activities of R&D contributors, escalating issues when needed. Candidate Requirements Proven experience in R&D or technical product leadership within automotive Infotainment or connected systems. Strong software engineering understanding and hands-on experience in IVI, HMI / UX, media, navigation, or SoC platforms. Experience managing medium to large teams across cross-functional projects. Skilled in customer interaction, translating requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and planning skills.
