What you will do
1. Deliver Net Sales targets for the assigned customers and business areas as dairy, prepared food and ice cream
2. Establish approved Business plan for Growth of Key Component business
3. Developing sales strategies for your sales area
4. Build & cultivate a strong understanding, relationship & alignment across all levels of Customer's organization
5. Understanding the customers’ needs and ensuring that Tetra Pak offers meets to those needs
6. Build & successfully execute account plans securing joint ambitions and actions, which are clearly articulated, objective & time bound, and linked to market plans & Tetra Pak's strategic pillars
7. Lead generation, qualification and conversion to opportunities
8. Presenting technologies & proposals to customers
9. Identifying opportunities for new products and development of the existing portfolio
10. Understand & comply with Tetra Pak's commercial practices framework (including Pricing, Contract terms & Authorisation matrix),
11. Negotiating orders to achieve the expected selling price and margin, securing compliance with the credit terms and policies
We believe you have
12. Master’s or Bachelor degree in Engineering or Food Technology
13. More than 5 years of commercial/sales experience
14. At least many years of experience in the food industry is a must
15. Fluent German and English language knowledge (written and spoken)
16. Strong personal drive for results
17. High level of collaboration, engagement and leadership skills on capability, dynamism and productivity
18. Ability to build networks and relationships with other people
19. Ability to demonstrate good knowledge and apply Key Account Management methodology
20. Ability to negotiate with customer using proven negotiation techniques and leveraging on Tetra Pak’s Commercial conditions, Pricing, Contract terms & Authorization matrix
21. Excellent communication skills
