BCA Europe is looking for a Commercial Project Manager Europe to support commercial EU teams to drive strategic initiatives focusing on the automotive fleet and leasing industry.
In addition to the ownership and delivery of the technical side of projects, the role also includes customer-oriented consulting/interaction and demands the appropriate leadership quality expected in that sense.
Role Accountabilities:
* Manage the onboarding and implementation of new key account customers across Europe.
* Responsibility for managing and coordinating the implementation of strategic projects to high value customers from the automotive fleet, leasing, rental and OEM sectors combining the following:
* Project Planning - Define project structure and plans based on business needs – objectives, scope, budget and team
* Project Delivery – Control vs planning to ensure timelines are respected while ensuring quality, assess and manage risks, change management.
* Project Governance - Accurately determine, assign, track and manage project tasks, activities and relevant information as per internal and/or customer’s standards
* Stakeholder Management - Key point of contact with the customer for operational activities linked to the project, organization and management of reviews, steering committees etc.
* Act as the primary contact for day-to-day customer support and account management.
* Ensure alignment between commercial and operational teams to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Finance) to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
* Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and provide insights to enhance customer experience and commercial performance.
* Identify process improvements and contribute to the overall commercial strategy.
Knowledge and Experience:
* 5+ years of experience in technical account management, project management, or a related role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and experience of facing high value clients
* A good listener, able to ask the right questions, and process the answers quickly – in the context of interacting with and linking business and technical domains
* Demonstrated business acumen and knowledge of root cause analysis and problem detection
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* A first experience in the automotive/fleet/logistics/remarketing domain would be an advantage
* Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint + industry standard relevant collaboration tools used in a PM environment
* Willingness to travel within Europe occasionally.
