INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITIES dentify and pursue new regional accounts within the vehicle washing industry, as well as develop strategies to expand existing accounts Build and maintain strong relationships with regional clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Develop and implement sales plans for the region, setting targets, and executing strategies to achieve revenue goals Provide technical assistance in the inspection, setup, and operation of washing systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction Promote, place, and provide training for the integration of Berner products alongside Bernerwash products, enhancing the product offering and increasing customer value SHARED ACCOUNTABILITIES Work closely with sales leadership and regional sales team to align on sales strategies, share best practices, and ensure consistency in approach Regularly review sales metrics and kpis with sales leadership and regional sales team to identify areas for improvement Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues efficiently.
