Our Intesis product line empowers system integrators and OEMs with robust, intuitive gateways and AC interfaces that make integration fast, reliable, and future-ready. We are now looking for a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager, located in Karlsruhe or remote in Germany, to drive growth and support our expanding customer base across the Nordics, Baltics & Benelux. This role blends sales, technology, and strategic channel development - ideal for someone with both a hunter mindset and deep Building Automation know-how. Your Mission Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will perform the following tasks: Grow our range of Building Automation protocol translator/gateways and Air-conditioning interfaces under the Intesis brand within Nordics, Baltics & Benelux Build lasting relationships with HVAC, BMS & Home Automation manufactures, also with distributors and integrators Understand customer needs and recommend the right integration solutions Support the full sales cycle, from pre-sales consulting to post-sales support Conduct demos, trainings, and represent Intesis at events Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing to grow market presence Support customers with design-in activities, solution architecture, and integration of Intesis products into building automation systems (e.g., Modbus, BACnet, KNX) Your Profile Several years of professional experience in technical sales of building automation products Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation, or comparable education 5 years in B2B sales, technical solutions, or business development Strong knowledge of building automation protocols (Modbus, BACnet, KNX); HVAC experience a plus Sales-driven, hands-on, and self-motivated Fluent in English, knowledge of a Scandinavian language is a nice to have Willing to travel across the region - Company car provided (for business and private use) Team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
