We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Supply Chain & Quality Manager" (m/f/d).
Your tasks:
1. Contributing and supporting the multifunctional team and deploying the associated strategy
2. Contributing to the supplier’s selection and supporting definition contractual requirements and claim management with suppliers
3. Managing potential transfer of work (Airbus or Supplier driven)
4. Securing to the deployment of Supply Chain standards, and quality method and tools such as APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning)
5. Ensuring that suppliers have clear plans to support the rate evolution
6. Checking supplier compliance to Airbus and EASA regulations
7. Establishing industrial risks analysis and monitoring associated surveillance plan
8. Alerting and bringing the issues to management level
9. Identifying and supporting improvement plan and development needs with the supplier to improve supply chain maturity and robustness
10. Guarantying the convergence to industrial maturity objectives: capability and capacity
11. Following the on time and on quality of the supplier and launch correctives actions if required
12. Performing regular industrial assessment at the supplier facilities (Gemba walk)
Your profile:
13. Completed studies in the field of engineering, business administration, supply chain or a comparable qualification
14. More than two years of professional experience in the field of: Operational and strategic procurement Project Management Quality Management Clerical work Supplier management Supply Chain
15. Industrialisation knowledge (APQP) would be a plus
16. First knowledge of SAP
17. Knowledge in Google Workspace
18. Fluent in English
19. Proficient in German
20. Willingness to regular travels for business (once/twice a month)
