&##127919; Role Overview The Product Manager is responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition of the ESE steel product line and will act as the bridge between business, technology, and user experience, ensuring the product meets market needs and business goals. The Product Manager reports to the Managing Director of the steel business, works functionally with our Product and Development department and with ESE sister companies.
&##128204; Key Responsibilities
Define and communicate the product vision and strategy
Conduct market research and gather customer insights
Develop and maintain the product roadmap
Support the Sales force in the Ten ESE European sister companies
Write product requirements and collaborate with engineering and design teams
Prioritize features based on business value, user feedback, and technical feasibility
Coordinate product launches and go-to-market strategies
Monitor product performance (sales, volume, pricing) using KPIs and analytics
Stay informed about industry trends and competitors

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge and understanding how to work across different countries
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Experience with product management tools
Ability to balance technical constraints with user needs
European mindset, aware of the different cultures
Fluent business English, other languages are a plus

~ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
~3–5 years of experience in product management or related roles.
~ Experience in B to B is preferred
We are looking for a seasoned Sales Manager with a background in international Sales who has several years of experience in working with clients from different cultural backgrounds. Experience in the steel business is highly advantagous. The business travel for this position is around 50% (customer calls). Due to the European nature of this position it can be filled in any of the 10 ESE Sales offices (e.g. Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, etc.)
