Overview:
**CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD**
SOSi is seeking a highly qualified Journeyman Project Manager to support US Army requirements in the Europe & Africa Area of Responsibility (AOR).
Responsibilities:
* Support the planning and coordination of program and project management activities.
* Gather and document business requirements for IT projects.
* Assist in the development and maintenance of program and project documentation.
* Facilitate communication and information sharing among stakeholders.
* Support the implementation and maintenance of the TO management portal.
* Assist in tracking project progress, financial data, and risks.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree w ith 3+ y ears of experience or AA w ith 5+ y ears of experience, or h igh s chool w ith 6+ y ears of relevant experience.
* A ctive in - scope Top Secret security clearance.
* PMP and ITIL 4
* DCWF 802 Certification compliant : SecurityX or CASP+ or DAWIA PM Practitioner or GSEC or Security+
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint for document management and various administrative tasks.
* Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
* Demonstrated history of discretion, independent judgment, and self-direction.
Working Conditions:
* Normal office conditions with potential to perform duties in deployed locations.
* Core hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 0600 – 1700
* May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.
* It is anticipated that contractor personnel will be required to travel on Temporary Duty (TDY) to various CONUS and OCONUS locations based on USAREUR-AF and Mission Partner requirements.
