We are currently recruiting for a senior account manager role:
- Manage and grow a network of distributors and commercial partners within a specific market.
- Identify new business opportunities, assess client needs, and offer tailored solutions.
- Negotiate effectively and close sales to achieve targets.
- Represent the company at client meetings, trade fairs, and product demonstrations.

Key Requirements
* A proven track record in sales development (minimum 3 years), ideally within an industrial or technical environment.
* Native or near-native German language skills, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong English skills for international work; French is an advantage.
* Comfortable with frequent travel.
* Technical aptitude – able to quickly understand complex products and present them clearly and persuasively.
* Self-driven, well-organised, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
* Proficient with digital tools to track sales activity.
