About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution, mostly focusing on NPI (new product introduction projects).
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication skills, strong stakeholder management experience, and a proven track record of delivering high-impact projects on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, product, operations, and leadership to define project goals, scope, timelines, and deliverables.
3. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
4. Identify risks and dependencies, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure continuous alignment across teams.
5. Facilitate project meetings, decision-making, and communication with clarity and transparency.
6. Track project performance using KPIs and report progress to senior leadership.
7. Drive process improvements and contribute to project management best practices.
8. Mentor junior project managers and help build a strong PM culture within the organization.
Qualifications
9. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or related field; MBA or PMP certification is a plus.
10. 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years managing large or complex initiatives.
11. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
12. Strong mastery of project management methodologies (Agile/SAFe, Waterfall, Hybrid).
13. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
14. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
15. Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira or MS Project
16. Understanding of budget management and financial forecasting
17. Change management expertise
18. Strong stakeholder engagement and executive-level communication
19. Fluent communication skills in English; German or Danish are an advantage.
20. Familiarity with electromechanical products and industrialization processes
The position is full-time and will be placed in Virum, Denmark. Alternatively in Darmstadt, Germany or in Porto, Portugal.
