The Area Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving our company's sales strategy within the assigned region, with a dual focus on expanding our market presence and achieving ambitious sales targets.
The Area Sales Manager should onboard new acquired dealers, oversee existing dealer’s operations and ensure alignment with our sales objectives and standards.
The role involves mentoring and empowering dealer’s sales team to enhance their skills and performance, ensuring they are well-prepared to meet and exceed sales goals.
At least 5 years of automotive experience with a solid background in regional sales and dealer management.
Demonstrated prowess in achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
Strong written and verbal skills in German and English
