Regional Facilities Manager (m/f/d)
The individual we are seeking will play an instrumental part in building and maintaining a transparent partnership and exceptional customer service experience. The role will manage and coordinate account related deliverables and responds to client satisfaction concerns. Supervise reception staff to ensure consistent Service delivery and maintain all facilities and grounds in alignment with the client’s global standards, professional brand image and in compliance with applicable local laws, rules and regulations for effective reporting and service.
Your tasks:
1. Work collaboratively within the facility team to deliver integrated facility management services across all business lines
2. Manage, supports, and provides guidance to an existing facility support teams
3. Mentors, develops, and coaches direct reports to improve leadership strength and assist in achieving career growth
4. Assure vendors meet or exceed client’s satisfaction with client’s requests within scope of services and CMMS request
5. Ensure client satisfaction with delivery of facility management services and provide a lead role in monitoring and increasing customer satisfaction
6. Provide support, guidance, and evaluation of the development of expense and capital budgets to include variance reporting and forecasting reviews
7. Support the Account Director in the implementation of short and long-term projects/initiatives for the client
8. Manage the day to day facility Services in the Munich office
9. Remote Manage remaining sites across the portfolio
10. Assist in the development and implementation of the annual management plan within the area
11. Accomplish key performance indicators as identified by the account lead and/or client leadership
12. Participate in the monthly/quarterly/annual reporting appropriate for the client
13. Maximize utilization of suppliers, preferred vendors/contractors
14. Ensure compliance with JLL minimum audit standards and client’s standard processes
15. Willingness to travel for site visits or as needed; to include some overnight travel within assigned region
16. All other duties and tasks assigned.
Your tasks:
17. Experience managing and supporting high profile facilities to include commercial buildings, warehouses and manufacturing
18. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities or Property Management
19. 3+ years of experience in facilities or property management with a third-party provider, corporation or as a consultant
20. Knowledge of commercial real estate, HVAC, electrical systems, telecommunications, furniture and building energy management systems
21. Supervise vendor performance during normal and off hours, including weekends, when necessary
22. Strong Accounting and budgeting/forecasting experience
23. Strong organizational and management capabilities
24. Fluency in German and English
25. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
26. Ability to forge and maintain robust working relationships
