About the Role
We are looking for a driven Account Manager to manage and grow existing customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities within a niche healthcare software environment.
You will take ownership of a warm portfolio while actively contributing to new business development and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and expand relationships with existing clients (hospitals & care facilities)
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through CRM and data analysis
* Present and demo software solutions (online & on-site)
* Prepare, follow up, and close commercial offers
* Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and CRM data
* Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and technical teams
* Participate in sales campaigns and initiatives
* Conduct occasional client visits (~15% travel)
Requirements
* Minimum 3+ years B2B sales / account management experience
* Proven track record in closing deals
* Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Proactive, structured, and customer-oriented mindset
* Comfortable with phone-based sales and hybrid work
* Fluent German (C1+ / C2 preferred)
