As the link between design and production, you will be responsible for the precise control of production processes and master data maintenance in SAP in order to ensure the timely availability of materials for demanding projects in special protection vehicle construction.

Your tasks
4. Editing master data (material masters, production and quotation parts lists) for new production and repairs
5. Creating, entering and maintaining design BOMs in SAP
6. Converting the design BOM into production BOMs, including data transfer from the TIS and article number assignment
7. Continuous missing parts management in coordination with project management and creation of missing parts lists
8. Proactive management of deadline deviations with support from supply chain and project management
9. Implementation of "make or buy" decisions by the project managers
10. Warehouse management, order picking and material tracking
11. Work preparation, production planning and control
12. Needs-based communication with subcontractors and suppliers
Your profile
13. Completed training as a metalworking foreman or mechanical engineering technician
14. Knowledge of basic data creation
15. At least 3 years of professional experience in the relevant field
16. Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
17. Analytical thinking, communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to work in a team
18. Solution-oriented and structured way of working
19. Good written and spoken English skills
20. Desirable: Experience in scheduling and work preparation in the project business
