Commercial Project Manager (x2) – CCGT & BESS – €6bn+ Build Programme – East Germany or Leipzig

The Company
Clean power growth platform of a major German energy group, backed by one of Europes largest energy investors. €6bn+ investment programme by 2030 and 15 GW pipeline across Energy Storage and H2-ready gas (CCGT) - on track to become the largest battery storage owner and operator in Europe.
The Roles
My client needs 2 x Commercial Project Managers to drive construction execution across the portfolio (1 x for CCGT and 1x for energy storage).
The commercial seat on gigascale construction - contracts, suppliers, claims, guarantees, commissioning.
* Commercial leadership of a large-scale power plant or gigabattery project - tender through commercial commissioning
* EPC contract negotiation, claim management, and supplier enforcement
* The commercial project team across legal, financing, insurance, and regulatory - partnered with the technical PM
* Procurement strategy, guarantees, payment flows, risk management
* Monthly Steering Committee reporting
What Theyre Looking For
* Owner-side or OEM / EPC-side execution of EPC projects on power plants or industrial facilities
* Deep EPC contract, FIDIC, and claim management expertise
* At least one power plant delivered end-to-end (CCGT for the gas seat / BESS for the storage seat)
* Fluent German and English
* On-site presence in East Germany or Leipzig
