(Junior) Project Manager (f/m/d)
To support our Project Management team we are searching for a (Junior) Project Manager (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Within the project management team you will be part of an internal task force to lead crossfunctional short-, mid- and longterm projects that can arise from any field within Mytheresa as an Organization.
2. The project managers are planning, coordinating and managing independently projects in close cooperation with the specialist departments and/or external partners on a vast portfolio of digital and non-digital projects all across the company by using methodical project management approach.
3. From optimizing or launching new infrastructure processes and systems to efficiency and growth projects within the organization you will work on the implementation of a wide variety of ideas that contribute to the continuous development of Mytheresa.
4. Main parts of your daily work will be conceptual development of project ideas, processes and the identification of requirements, solutions and decisions as well as creating decision templates, project plans and finally lead and coordinate the implementation of processes and solutions to ensure sustainable quality and timing of projects.
5. You will be responsible for controlling, communication and coordination between project participants, and reporting to management as well as for creation and documentation of project activities.
WHO YOU ARE
6. Completed university degree in economics or comparable studies.
7. Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a project manager, preferably in an e-commerce or commerce environment with practical experience using common project management methods and tools.
8. Holistic understanding of commerce business and management processes and procedures.
9. Flexibility and willingness to constantly familiarize yourself with new fields and processes within the organization and at the same time structured and analytical thinking and acting, assertiveness, adherence to deadlines.
10. Excellent understanding of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and common technical eCommerce infrastructure.
11. Personal responsibility, reliability, loyalty, and discretion.
12. Good German language skills
