Your day at Ferring
In this position, your primary tasks will be to:
1. Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for assigned products and indication areas in Germany
2. Design and implement integrated campaigns, concepts, and action plans aligned with business objectives
3. Continuously monitor market trends, submarkets, and competitive developments to refine product positioning
4. Conduct ongoing business analysis (e.g., NPP, product performance, market opportunities)
5. Develop product profiles, marketing plans, and brand strategies, including value-added concepts
6. Identify and drive innovative initiatives to improve patient pathways and customer value
7. Plan and coordinate sales activities (e.g., SKU planning) in close collaboration with controlling
8. Manage and monitor budgets effectively
9. Develop and implement customer-focused solutions across multiple channels (omnichannel approach), based on customer insights and decision journeys
10. Deliver product training for internal stakeholders in collaboration with Medical and Sales teams
11. Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Market Access
12. Support organizational change initiatives and the implementation of new ways of working and technologies
13. Represent the company at national and international meetings, committees, and events
Behind our innovation…There’s you
14. University degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a comparable field
15. Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or marketing within the pharmaceutical industry (ideally in Maternal Health / RM/MH / Gynecology)
16. Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market and its networks
17. Experience in sales planning and digital/omnichannel marketing
18. Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on results and performance
19. Good knowledge of medical and healthcare policy environments
20. Experience in product launches is highly desirable
21. Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively
22. Confident presentation and moderation skills
23. Proven experience in project planning and management
24. Creative, proactive, and enthusiastic personality
25. Knowledge of value-based healthcare principles
26. Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
27. Proficient in MS Office
Ideally, you also bring (nice to have):
28. Digital affinity and interest in innovative engagement models
29. Knowledge in oncology
30. Familiarity with pharmacy-related environments
31. Understanding of the hospital landscape in Germany
32. Experience with the tool Veeva
