Regional Sales Manager - Clinical Diagnostics

A global leader in the Diagnostics market is currently in the search for a talented sales expert with a strong background in molecular biology sales. Your role will make a significant difference in the quality control process for Pharmaceutical Manufacturing. The organisation are going through a significant expansion phase and with this, the growth of their commercial team.
Key Responsibilities :
* Maintaining and developing the relationship with Key accounts across Southern Germany.
* Responsible for the sales of territory, managing the forecasts and budgets.
* Strategize and implement the sales for the region effectively to grow and develop the market.
* Meet and exceed the sales targets generating profit.
* Provide technical expertise during the sales process and qualify customers and facilitate post-sales services.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders.
Key requirements include:
* Strong experience in sales with capital equipment across the Pharma, Biotech, Medical Device and Biologics Markets.
* Minimum 3 years' sales experience working in the quality control market.
* Must be fluent in English.
* Strong understanding and implementation of strategic sales.
* Target driven individual and flexible to travel.
