The Industrial Performance Department is launching its 2026 edition of the Knauf Insulation Industrial Graduate Programme. This 24-month graduate programme will allow you to rotate across various locations and plants in Europe. What you'll do
* Drive process improvements and efficiency on the shop floor, turning insights into measurable results
* Collaborate across functions and plants to standardize best practices and elevate quality
* Troubleshoot production challenges in real time, apply root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes
* Lead and support projects of varying scope—from quick wins to multi-site initiatives—with clear milestones
* Build a strong network and live our values, translating learnings from international rotations into on-site impact
Who you are
* Recent or soon-to-be graduate in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering
* Practical exposure to manufacturing through internships, student projects, or shift-side experience
* Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage for certain locations
* Mobility mindset—ready for travel and relocation across Europe; adaptable and resourceful in new environments
* A pragmatic, analytical problem-solver with entrepreneurial drive, a collaborative spirit, and a growth mindset
Programme snapshot
This is a 24-month Industrial Graduate Programme starting in September 2026 (no later start possible). Expect mobility across Europe: ~3 months onboarding at your designated plant, ~6 months building central connections and expertise in Belgium and Slovenia, then ~15 months back at your home plant delivering process and quality projects. Assessment sessions take place in April 2026 at our HQ in Visé (Belgium) as part of a recruitment day with aptitude tests; travel expenses are covered. You join on a permanent contract with a competitive package, on-the-job coaching, shift-rotation exposure, a dedicated mentor, tailored training, and a Mini MBA at IEDC.
