The Account Manager for GRIDX Tenants sits within the Marketing & Communications department. You are the communications and marketing lead for the tenant portfolio, developing and executing the campaigns, content, and activations that put GRIDX’s brands in front of the right audiences.
You plan and execute tenant-focused campaigns across all channels, social, digital, editorial, on-site, and email, and build integrated activation programmes that connect tenant launches, milestones, and promotions to GRIDX’s wider audience.
Align tenant activity with GRIDX’s wider content and events calendar to ensure coherence and synergies.
Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns for tenant launches, seasonal promotions, exclusive drops, and brand partnerships — from briefing to post-campaign reporting.
Content & Editorial
Produce and commission tenant-focused content across GRIDX channels: social media, reels, stories, magazine features, and website articles.
Identify and develop tenant stories that strengthen GRIDX’s brand narrative: openings, behind-the-scenes content, founder interviews, and product highlights.
Collaborate with the Head of Content & Concept to integrate tenant content into the wider editorial strategy.
Develop launch concepts in collaboration with tenants, defining messaging, channel strategy, and content deliverables.
Use performance insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and content strategy.
Collaborate with the Events Account Manager to identify cross-promotion opportunities between tenant activations and events.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or content roles.
Excellent copywriting skills in English and French.
Highly organised with strong project management skills.
Comfortable with Meta Business Suite, Canva, CMS/email tools, and basic content workflows.
Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
German is an asset.
