This position is ideal for someone with strong knowledge of the German market who enjoys collaborating with fast-growing businesses, from startups to future unicorns. Your role will be to guide new clients through onboarding, drive adoption, reduce churn, and identify growth opportunities. Core Responsibilities As an onboarding specialist and account manager, you’ll act as the first trusted partner for clients while also driving business growth. Daily tasks include: Making outbound calls to introduce and sell Google Ads solutions. Gaining a clear understanding of each client’s business goals to offer customized strategies. Designing and launching strategic PPC campaigns that deliver quick wins and sustainable results. Encouraging increased ad spend and upselling complementary services. Updating and maintaining a complete customer database. Handling a high number of client interactions each day via phone. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s in Marketing/Communications preferred). Native-level fluency in German and English (C2). 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, ideally in client-facing roles. Ability to work independently and achieve strong results consistently. Skilled in customer relationship management and CRM optimization. Comfortable using AI-driven tools to tailor client outreach. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to simplify complex topics. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and confident in approach. Strong teamwork skills while also capable of working autonomously. Commercial awareness and analytical skills to support data-driven decisions. Experience in competitor analysis and trend evaluation.
