Your tasks
9. You manage the human success factor in your HR support area and are therefore responsible for the employee life cycle
10. You are close to the business, understand the needs and abstract them into solution-oriented concepts
11. You act as a proactive sparring partner
12. You understand how to translate the needs of the business into recommendations for action for the HR organization and management
13. With your analytical and conceptual skills, you add value and thus contribute to ensuring competitiveness

Your profile
16. You have successfully completed a degree in economics at a university of applied sciences or have a comparable qualification
17. You have several years of professional experience in HR, preferably in the automotive industry or a manufacturing company
18. You are rhetorically skilled and have a good command of target group-oriented communication
19. You have very good knowledge of labor and collective bargaining law and are well-versed in dealing with co-determination
20. You are characterized by a very high level of solution orientation as well as assertiveness and implementation skills
21. You have an open mindset and are characterized by agility and motivation
22. You have a very good command of written and spoken English
23. You enjoy occasional business trips
