These teams develop the applications and tools needed to enable autonomous passenger management within our MOIA vehicles in a world without a driver: How do passengers authenticate themselves in the vehicle without a driver? How to always ensure a safe cabin during boarding and during the ride? Which content should be displayed on the vehicle screens to provide a safe and informative user experience for passengers?The Cabin Safety team is one of six teams in the vehicle integration domain that is building a platform which enables and performs automated cabin safety checks and realizes the safety relevant interactions with the autonomous vehicle. The features owned by the team are distributed over embedded and backend software and must consider functional safety requirements.What you will doTake the ownership of the product the team is building:Define, priorities and align the product roadmap of the teamBreak down the roadmap into workable pieces together with the teamProvide product vision and direction to the teamEnsure strong collaboration with development teams at MOIA, as well as with our OEM & technology partners and suppliersIdentify and analyze the needs of future fleet operators and customers through user research and translate these insights into technical solutionsBuild, test, measure and enhance features based on KPIs and feedback to meet the customer and company goals in a lean wayDefine interface logic for operators to integrate fleet management tools towards a vehicle systemElaborate legal requirements and boundaries towards possible solutions in a safety and security critical environmentDefine requirements towards OEM’s base vehicle functionsGet involved into shaping the vision and way forward of our products within the domain and beyondWhat will help you to fulfill your roleExcellence: You are a seasoned product owner/ manager and highly interested and empathic about the needs of our customers, partners and passengers.
