Your mission At IONITY, we’re building and operating our own cutting-edge e-Mobility backend system. As an IT Product Owner, you’ll take responsibility for a defined functional domain within this platform. Collaborating closely with business stakeholders and Product Owners from other domains, you’ll help shape the product roadmap and turn vision into reality. Own the product lifecycle of specific backend domains and lead their continuous evolution T ranslate product features into actionable, well-defined user stories ready for agile development Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to ensure timely and valuable delivery Define sprint goals, write clear acceptance criteria and test cases Collaborate with other Product Owners to ensure alignment across domains and seamless system integration Lead and actively participate in all agile ceremonies (e.g., planning, reviews, retrospectives) Monitor sprint progress, resolve blockers, and support incident handling during releases Gather and refine requirements from internal stakeholders, balancing technical and business needs Coordinate development activities with external partners and service providers when Your profile Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable technical field 1–3 years of professional experience as an IT Product Owner or IT Project Manager Solid understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with hybrid approaches (Agile/Waterfall) Excellent communication skills in both German and English Ability to lead cross-functional teams with empathy and clarity Curious and self-driven personality with a willingness to quickly learn new topics Strong analytical skills combined with a creative, solution-oriented mindset Genuine passion for e-Mobility and the future of sustainable transportation Our Mission There should be no borders when it comes to electric travel.
