Sales / Account Manager, Americas
Your Tasks
* Supported by our marketing and technical consultants, you will convince interested parties in your sales area of our software solutions.
* You look after and develop your existing customers and develop into a sales director with further growth and success.
* You will research and identify potential customers yourself and approach them in a targeted manner.
* With the support of our technical consultants, you will develop and present individual consulting and solution concepts.
* As an ear to the market, you are an important source of ideas for our market observation to open up new business areas and exploit market potential.
You start with us as a Sales Manager and are responsible for selected countries and regions. With increasing affiliation and expertise, your area of activity and responsibility will continuously expand and you will have the opportunity to develop into our sales director.
Your workplace is generally your home office. However, you will also be available on site if required or requested by our prospective and existing customers.
Your Skills
* You show a high level of commitment and enjoy dealing with people on a personal level.
* You have strong negotiating and closing skills as well as perseverance in pursuing your short and long-term goals.
* You have experience in consulting and selling software that requires explanation, ideally PDM/PLM solutions or CAD software.
* You have a holistic, solution-oriented way of thinking and an understanding of technical processes and challenges.
* You have a positive, confident manner.
* You have a very good, business fluent command of German and English.
* You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner.
