Senior Product Manager (f/m/d) – nebenan.de
As a Senior Product Manager, you will work closely with a cross‑functional team to develop and evolve our social network, nebenan.de.
Responsibilities
* Take end to end ownership of a product area, from problem discovery to solution delivery and impact measurement.
* Define, drive and continuously refine an outcome‑oriented, data‑driven product roadmap aligned with company OKRs.
* Use qualitative and quantitative insights to deeply understand customer needs and translate them into clear product opportunities.
* Make data‑driven decisions by defining success metrics, evaluating impact and iterating based on learnings.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritise high‑impact opportunities while maintaining a user‑centric approach.
* Act as a strong product leader within the team by fostering experimentation, clear prioritisation and continuous improvement.
Profile
* A degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in product management with responsibility for complex product areas.
* Experience in user‑centred design and agile methodologies, balancing business goals and user satisfaction.
* High analytical skills and confidence working with data to inform decisions and measure success.
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a knack for aligning diverse teams around shared goals.
* Passionate about creating meaningful connections in urban communities while driving sustainable business growth.
* Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment with a hands‑on and ownership‑driven attitude.
