What’s in it for you: A front-row seat in the fast-moving world of programmatic advertising A chance to make your mark in a scaling international company that rewards initiative True ownership of high-profile client relationships across Europe The freedom to influence strategic decisions and directly impact revenue Regular exposure to product, engineering, and leadership teams Clear, achievable career progression and investment in your development A hybrid work setup that balances collaboration and flexibility (3 days in office, 2 days remote) Travel opportunities to meet clients face-to-face and build stronger partnerships (up to 20%) What you’ll be doing: Supporting publisher clients with the setup, optimisation, and troubleshooting of technical integrations Identifying and resolving technical issues with a focus on solutions, not workarounds Liaising with internal teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Engineering) to deliver tailored implementation plans Using data to analyse platform performance, uncover insights, and guide client strategy Managing support systems like Salesforce and JIRA accurately and efficiently Leading quarterly business reviews, providing meaningful input that drives performance Staying on top of best practices and product developments in a rapidly changing ecosystem What you’ll bring: A working knowledge of RTB, PMP, and how digital ad networks operate Familiarity with ad servers (Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel, Smart, Xandr) and various ad formats Strong Excel skills (macros preferred); SQL and database experience is a bonus Confidence working with large datasets, identifying patterns, and drawing conclusions A proactive mindset - you see challenges as opportunities Excellent communication skills in both German and English Diversity isn’t a buzzword here.
