Your Responsibilities
* Provide professional leadership for the Production Planning department
* Serve as the primary contact for all production‑planning‑related interface topics within QPKG Göttingen and, when required, for customers
* Review, optimize, and define parameters for demand planning and the disposition of components and finished goods
* Ensure production availability to support assembly operations and meet end‑customer delivery requirements (parts management)
* Manage shortage parts and monitor deadlines proactively
* Continuously plan and review safety stock levels in close coordination with relevant departments
* Plan and coordinate production orders; align available capacities with the production areas
* Review and maintain master data in collaboration with AV, Purchasing, Quality Assurance, and other relevant departments
* Document production planning processes and initiate SAP and process improvement projects
Your Profile
* Ideally, a successfully completed degree in business administration or engineering
* Several years of professional experience in production planning and disposition
* Experience in project logistics is an advantage
* Strong knowledge of logistical processes within QPKG Göttingen and strong analytical skills
* Excellent SAP skills (modules PP, MM)
* Proficient in MS Office
* Very good command of English, both written and spoken
* High level of flexibility, resilience, and assertiveness
* Structured and solution‑oriented working style
* Strong social competence as well as excellent teamwork and communication skills
