Description:
* The Client program redesigns the technical landscape and operating model to improve customer experience, accelerate time-to-market, and reduce costs through the development and implementation of new, modern product catalog, order management, and CRM/CIM systems.
* Services are provided for the Inlife and Buy Tribes.
* Advice to the business department contacts (journey owners) regarding IT in all test phases (ICT (Integrated Component Testing), E2E, Launch Readiness)
* Advice on the selection of test journeys and responsibilities
* Analysis of existing test journeys regarding correct journey mapping and the corresponding assignment of the corresponding features in JIRA
* Advice on the creation and prioritization of test plans and test cases
* Advice on the correct linking of capabilities, features, and test journeys/plans including quality assurance in JIRA.
* Advice on the creation of test plans and the associated test cases for the individual journeys in Jira.
* Analysis of existing test plans and test cases for completeness
* Coordination of the content analysis of the created test plans with the journey owners and the outsourcing partner.
* Advice on the implementation of test coordination and test demos.
* Monitoring compliance with the test activities of the Journey Owners (such as test plan creation, review test cases, and review workflows).
* Reporting test progress and deviations from program timelines, including feedback comments and test status of stakeholders in Jira.
* Reminder management of stakeholders in the event of delays and issue escalation.
* Advice to Journey Owners on escalation management.
* Advice on any ambiguities regarding the way of working in testing, including onboarding new Journey Owners.
* Preparation and documentation of tribe retrospectives on test activities.
* Identification and documentation of lessons learned for continuous improvement of test processes.
* Conducting test journey reporting, creating status reports for test journeys at the tribe level
* Conducting defect reporting
* Identification of test process issues, creating proactive proposals, agreements, and implementation of improvements.
