Here, you will make an impact by:\n\nManaging large, complex facilities and equipment investment projects at EMEA manufacturing plants, including all phases from scoping to handover.\nOverseeing performance, deadlines, resources, costs, budgets and expenditures of the projects.\nLeading one or more cross-functional project teams with a high level of autonomy.\nPerforming feasibility studies and front-end work.\nCommunicating with internal and external stakeholders up to the executive level at 3M, business partners and authorities.\n\n\nYour Skills and Expertise \nTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:\nSuccessfully completed degree in the field of Engineering (Facilities Engineering or Mechanical Engineering).\nIn-depth experience in hands-on capital project leadership in the field of manufacturing process equipment and facility/utility .\nStrong knowledge and extensive experience in the field of manufacturing, capital investment engineering and project management .\nWide knowledge of permitting processes in the field of Emission permits (BImSch) as well as facilities permits.\nFluency in German & English.\n\nAdditional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:\nFormal project management qualification e.g.
