Our activity in Germany :

2. Key clients: United Airline, LATAM, Saoudia, Egypte Air…
3. Headcount : 600 people
We are looking to hire a Production Supervisor.
Main responsabilities :
4. Supervise and lead a team of approximately 10 employees.
5. Train, coach, and onboard new staff members.
6. Ensure accurate preparation and assembly of food and non-food services according to client specifications.
7. Verify service trays for compliance with airline and customer requirements.
8. Complete all required traceability and production records (e.g., exposure time sheets).
9. Ensure full compliance with hygiene and manufacturing standards (HACCP, FIFO, GMP, etc.).
10. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas following the established cleaning schedule.
11. Estimate daily team needs (staffing, materials, and equipment) and communicate them to the immediate supervisor.
12. Support other departments when needed, covering absences or workload peaks.
13. Monitor production schedules to ensure on-time delivery and efficiency.
14. Supervise and manage employee break times in compliance with company policy.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Perfil
16. 1–2 years of experience in a similar supervisory or team lead role.
17. Ability to stand for long periods and to work in cold environments (below 10°C / 50°F).
18. Strong communication skills — ability to read, write, and speak in English.
19. Good knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures (training provided if necessary).
20. Demonstrated ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
21. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, as required.
