Product manager automation after sales

Your tasks

1. As part of our team, you will define and develop the After-Sales ser­vices we offer to our Robot­ics cus­tomers in Ser­vice & Support
2. You will work closely with cus­tomers and our sales units to under­stand mar­ket needs and ensure that we deliver the most com­pelling and inno­v­a­tive ser­vice port­fo­lio in the industry.
3. You will drive the devel­op­ment of these ser­vices together with our Robot­ics tech­nol­ogy teams, trans­lat­ing cus­tomer expec­ta­tions into con­crete tech­ni­cal require­ments and dri­ving their implementation.
4. When­ever new vehi­cles or part­ner inte­gra­tions enter our ecosys­tem, you will ensure that they receive the same strong and scal­able After Sales ser­vice portfolio.
5. After launch, you remain the trusted After Sales expert for all stake­hold­ers — gath­er­ing feed­back, iden­ti­fy­ing improve­ments, and con­tin­u­ously shap­ing how our cus­tomers expe­ri­ence Robot­ics at Jungheinrich.
6. This is a multi-hat role that requires strong coor­di­na­tion, own­er­ship, and curios­ity across sev­eral crit­i­cal inter­faces — per­fect for some­one who wants to grow, shape, and cre­ate real impact.

Your pro­file

7. Expe­ri­ence han­dling After Sales port­fo­lios and a strong abil­ity to define struc­tured changes, improve­ments and stan­dards for it.
8. Expe­ri­ence in tech­ni­cal prod­uct man­age­ment and ser­vice devel­op­ment, ide­ally in a tech­ni­cal or robot­ics environment.
9. Proven skills in cross-func­tional coor­di­na­tion and stake­holder management.
10. Ana­lyt­i­cal mind­set for pric­ing strate­gies and busi­ness case development
