Als Produktmanager Non-Food (m/w/d) übernimmst du die Verantwortung für unsere internationalen Non-Food-Produkte: von Shakern über Gallonen bis hin zu Apparel & Gear. Du entwickelst Produkte end-to.end - steuerst dabei unsere internationalen Partner, briefst Designs, analysierst Zielgruppen und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Produkte global ankommen: qualitativ, markengerecht & 100% IronMaxx.

* Verantwortung für Entwicklung & Ausbau des Produktsortiments im Bereich Non-Food (Textil, Fashion, Gear, Accessoires)
* Koordination des Produktentwicklungsprozesses in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Team und externen Ansprechpartnern
* Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Ablaufs, von der Ideenfindung bis zur Markteinführung unter Beachtung von Qualitätsstandards und Zeitplänen
* Verantwortung für die Ausführung, Beschaffung und Nachverfolgung von Lieferungen und Produktionsstätten für die Designs
* Auswahl und Bewertung von neuen Produktionspartnern und Lieferanten unter Berücksichtigung von Qualität, Kosten und Nachhaltigkeitsaspekten
* Pflege und Entwicklung von Lieferantenbeziehungen zur Sicherstellung der Produktqualität und -verfügbarkeit
* Kontinuierliche Markt- und Trendforschung zur Entwicklung innovativer Ideen im Bereich Non-Food
Dein Skillset - stark wie unser Protein
* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, z.B. Groß- und Außenhandel oder abgeschlossenes Studium im relevanten Fachbereich
* Erfahrung im Bereich Produktmanagement für Non-Food Artikel oder Einkauf/ Category Management/ Brand Management für Produkte aus dem Segment Textil/Fashion/Lifestyle/Gear/Accessoires
* Sicherer Umgang in der Verhandlung und dem Management von internationalen Partnern
* Erfahrungen in der Entwicklung von Produkten und Leitung von Projekten im Bereich Non-Food
* Erfahrungen mit dem Thema Nachhaltigkeit und ethische Beschaffungspraktiken
* Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office sowie idealerweise in SAP
* Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
* Starke Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten
* Organisationsgeschick und die Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu managen

* Responsibility for the development and expansion of the product range in the non-food sector (textiles, fashion, gear, accessories)
* Coordination of the product development process in collaboration with our team and external contacts
* Ensuring a smooth process, from brainstorming to market launch, while observing quality standards and schedules
* Responsibility for the execution, procurement and follow-up of deliveries and production sites for the designs
* Selection and evaluation of new production partners and suppliers, taking into account quality, costs and sustainability aspects
* Maintenance and development of supplier relationships to ensure product quality and availability
* Continuous market and trend research to develop innovative ideas in the non-food sector

Education:
* Completed training, e.g. in wholesale and foreign trade, or a successfully completed business degree.
Experience:
* Several years of professional experience with industry knowledge in the field of non-food product management, e.g. textiles/fashion/lifestyle/gear/accessories.
* Experience in the development of products and management of projects in the field of non-food and sustainability.
Skills:
* Good user knowledge of MS Office
* Fluent written and spoken German and English
Soft skills:
* Strong communication and team skills
* Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
