Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
* Be responsible for project management of R&D electronic devices/component development with medium to high complexity
* Monitor and report on overall project status by summarizing key project metrics both across the team and to upper management
* Be responsible for ensuring that work is delivered on time, scope and budget
* Motivate and bring team together to ensure project execution with team members and other stakeholders like BU partners
* Focus on customer needs, aligning requirements such as functionality, quality, schedule and budget with stakeholders
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
* A degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related field
* More than 6 years of work experience and at least 5 years of project management experience, ideally in semiconductor industry
* Certification in IPMA-C or similar
* Strong technical understanding, ideally in digital design or memory design
* Strong willingness to reach ambitious goals and manage risks in a challenging environment
* Strong customer and business mindset
* Excellent communication & presentation skills
* Excellent English communication skills
