Your Tasks: Build trusted category partnerships with key retail customers Proactively deliver compelling shopper/Customer/Competitor research and insights Develop insightful category solutions and recommendations to generate growth and opportunities Influence Category Performance Reviews and Range Reviews Lead Shopper Marketing and Activation activities, delivering ROI Ownership for internal/external reporting and analysis to support Sales and Leadership teams (shopper behaviors, market trends, consumer insights, pricing architectures) Aid the development and execution of category/channel/brand strategies Provide customer/shopper feedback and insights internally to result in improved customer understanding, strategic development and Support marketing and product management in customer-led product development with an influential role when concerning Group NPD activities, to ensure positioning is appropriate for French and Benelux Market Manage internal and external data sources, relationships and contracts (Nielsen, Kantar, GfK, etc.) Your Profile: Personality: Ability to work in a team, flexibility, motivation Working: Independent, team-oriented and structured work Excellent analytical skills with a ability to translate data into insight. Experience and Know-how: 5 years’ experience in Category Management in FMCG Experience IGD, Mintel, Euromonitor and other data agencies Knowledge of retailer systems an advantage Proficient with Nielsen, GfK and Kantar data and reporting Qualification: Successfully completed business studies, preferably with specialization in the above area Languages: Business fluent English and German Your Benefits: Attractive remuneration: You will be paid in accordance with the collective agreement, which provides for an attractive basic salary as well as vacation and Christmas bonuses.
