Senior Project Manager | AC Substations | Eastern Germany | Permanent My client are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex turnkey EPC projects for high-voltage substations in transmission and distribution networks. This role is vital in ensuring successful project delivery, profitability and customer satisfaction while driving innovation in energy solutions. Key Responsibilities: Manage large-scale EPC projects as a general contractor Lead interdisciplinary teams and ensure compliance with global standards and processes, Oversee project planning, execution, risk management, and financial performance (P&L). Maintain strong client relationships and ensure effective communication at all levels. Ensure adherence to quality, EHS standards, and continuous process improvement. Qualifications: Extensive experience in project management for high-voltage substations. PMI or equivalent certification. Experience with ACs or HVDC Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical or Industrial Engineering. Fluent in German and strong English skills. Proven leadership in complex, high-risk projects with global interfaces. Willingness to travel for short- or medium-term assignments.
