Your tasks
* Participate in national and international EMC standardization committees (e.g., DKE, CISPR) with a focus on EMI.
* Coordinate tasks resulting from EMI standardization within R&S, involving the relevant departments (R&D, product management, service, etc.).
* Monitor relevant standardization projects; formulate and submit standardization texts and objections to the respective working groups.
* Develop standardization information (e.g., CISPR newsletters, seminars) for sales and marketing teams.
* Drive and contribute to technical collaborations with customers and industry partners through webinars, workshops, and measurement campaigns.
* Create technical publications (white papers, application notes, conference papers, etc.).
* Support customer inquiries related to EMI applications.
* Contribute to the EMI product portfolio strategy to support relevant use cases.
Your qualifications
* Degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification.
* Qualified professional experience in EMC testing, system engineering, development, or a related field.
* Very good understanding of EMI test & measurement applications, use cases, and related standards (IEC, CISPR, IEEE, ETSI, etc.).
* Strong ability to analyze technology, market trends, competition, and customer requirements.
* Proactive approach with strong teamwork skills.
* Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
* Excellent communication skills, combined with diplomatic and political tact.
* Fluency in written and spoken English and German is essential.
