Your Role
1. Lead end-to-end project management for advanced spectacle lens development programs, from concept through industrialization
2. Translate challenging customer requirements into clear project plans, milestones, and deliverables
3. Act as the central coordination point for product development between R&D (lens design, materials, coating, metrology, and others), manufacturing, quality, regulatory, supply chain teams and beyond
4. Proactively manage scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies in a fast-moving development environment
5. Drive structured communication with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment, and timely decision-making
6. Anticipate issues early, escalate effectively, and guide teams toward pragmatic, high-quality solutions
7. Maintain strong focus on performance, cost, and quality targets while meeting ambitious timelines
Your Profile
8. Proven experience managing complex technical development projects, ideally in prescription optics, medical devices, consumer electronics, or similar high-precision industrie
9. Strong ability to structure ambiguity and turn evolving requirements into actionable plans
10. Excellent stakeholder management skills, including confidence working with highly demanding and detail-oriented customers
11. Natural leadership presence: you align teams without formal authority and keep momentum under pressure
12. Clear, concise communicator who can balance technical depth with executive-level clarity
13. Resilient, pragmatic, and solution-oriented - comfortable navigating conflict and high expectations
14. Solid understanding of product development lifecycles and cross-functional collaboration
