Discover your exciting role
As a QA/QC Manager (m/f/d), you will support the Exyte project team by providing quality management, inspections, and walkthrough support. You will conduct audits and inspections, review technical documentation, and monitor the supply chain. Your role includes ensuring compliance with Exyte and client requirements, identifying best practice gaps, and monitoring project compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will prepare for and facilitate external audits.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
1. Monitor suppliers' QA/QC programs to ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
2. Develop and conduct internal quality audits and external supplier assessments, and follow up on non-conformances.
3. Review installation checklists, ITPs, and package documentation for acceptance and sign-off.
4. Evaluate the quality of technical programs and the effectiveness of corrective actions. Draft and publish audit and assessment reports.
5. Identify and follow up on observations during construction walks and coordinate inspections and reports with the project team, subcontractors, and the client.
Show your expertise
6. Several years of technical experience in the engineering/construction industry with expertise in the development, review, and implementation of procedures.
7. Extensive experience in quality management on large engineering/construction projects.
8. Experience in installation and finishes with excellent subject matter expertise.
9. Strong project planning skills and the ability to prepare clear and comprehensive reports.
10. Qualification in ISO 9001:2015 IRCA Lead Auditor course.
11. Fluent in German and English, with a willingness to travel.
